Mikulin's exercises are very effective for cleaning dishes: rise on your toes so that your heels are separated from the floor by 1-2 cm, then sharply lower yourself on them. After doing this 30 times, rest for 10 s. The exercise should be performed calmly, slowly, 3-5 times a day, making no more than 60 heel strikes on the floor each time.

Fill a half-liter bottle with birch buds to 1/3 of the volume and pour vodka up to the neck. Leave for 10 days, shaking occasionally. This tincture to lubricate sore spots.

Then add 200 g of herbs each: marshmallow, consistency, chamomile, St. John's wort and leave overnight. Boil or steam 3 rye breads separately and pour the broth into the bath. Baths should be taken every day before going to bed for 30-40 minutes. at 38-43°C.

At the same time, you need to brew 1 liter of boiling water, a mixture of 1 tbsp. l oak branches, 1 tbsp willow twigs and 1 tbsp chestnut twigs, boil for 30 minutes, add to the decoction 1 tbsp herbs: marsh cow, consistency, chamomile, St. John's wort, leave for 12 hours, strain and add 2 tbsp. l honey.

Drink 2-3 times a day, the first 2 days 50 ml, then 2 days 100 ml. the other days 150 ml. The course of treatment is 20 days, a break of 5-10 days. And again repeat the course of treatment.

  • For varicose veins and thrombophlebitis: powdered plantain leaves, rue and yarrow flowers, white willow bark (preferably cambium), chestnut fruits or flowers, rosehip or raspberry root (you can use flowers and even leaves) and chamomile, taken in equal proportions, mix well, brew 600 ml of boiling water 2 tablespoons. l mixture, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat, then insist overnight. Drink 3/4 cup in the morning and evening. From the rest, make a compress for the night.
  • Thrombophlebitis can be cured by taking an infusion of nettle leaves and following a diet (do not eat meat, fish, anything fried) for a long time. Nettle infusion: brew 1 tbsp of leaves with a cup of boiling water, leave for 40 minutes, strain. Drink 1-2 tablespoons 3-4 times a day before meals.
  • For varicose veins: 2 times a day, morning and evening, rub all affected areas with apple cider vinegar and drink apple cider vinegar at the same time: 2 tsp for 1 cup of water 2-3 cups a day. Abundant wetting and rubbing with alcohol tincture of white acacia flowers dissolves swollen venous nodes well.
